1. How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping within the United States, Canada, and Australia. However, an extra fee is chargeable for addresses that are classified as “Remote Area” by DHL.
2. How long before I receive my painting?
Our artists need approximately 3 to 4 weeks to complete and deliver your painting. Need your artwork sooner? Contact Us to receive a quote along with a timeline.
3. How long would it take to deliver?
We ship by FedEx or DHL and deliver artworks in 3 to 4 business days.
Force Majeure Events: The Company shall not be liable or held responsible for any delays or losses related to Products that arise directly or indirectly from Acts of God, severe weather conditions including but not limited to flood, heavy rain alerts, labor disputes, governmental actions, war, riots, epidemics, pandemics, Lockdown like Covide-19 situations or other circumstances or causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
4. Where are you based?
We are co-located in the United States, China and India.
5. Can you work from a paper photograph?
Yes! You may scan and email them to help@mavenart.com.
6. Can you add a different background?
Yes, let us know the kind of background you would like included by entering your request in the comments section while ordering or by email.
7. Can you leave out people in the background?
We can certainly leave out people that you would like eliminated from the background. Fill in the comments section while ordering, or let us know by email, and we will take care of your request.
8. Do you send proof?
Yes, once the artist completes your portrait, you will receive proof by email. We will ship it only after you are satisfied with the outcome
9. Do you offer to frame?
We do offer framing services. Choose a frame of your choice while placing the Order Here.
10. Do you accept PayPal or Credit Card payments?
Yes, accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal.
11. Where are the artists based?
Our team of artists is based in China. Each artist is picked and chosen before including in the team. A few have decades of experience.
12. I have an upcoming event. Can you deliver the artworks by a specified date?
Please notify us regarding your deadline so that we can accommodate your request! We will work diligently to ensure that your portrait is created with the utmost quality and delivered before your specified date.
12. What if I want to cancel the order?
If we have yet to start your order, then we will process a 100% refund for you. However, if our artists have already begun working on your order, it does not qualify for a refund. Where possible we will work up a partial refund for you. However, a minimum 50% cancellation fee would be applicable. The refund processing period is 10-12 days.
We will only be responsible for deliveries with signatures. We request that you accept packages in person and sign at the time of delivery. Mavenart.com will not be liable, under any circumstances, for packages going missing after being requested to be delivered unsigned.
